Scott Young provides a  fully customized training plan to meet each individual’s goals. Customized training plans  include periodization, nutrition, strength training, race strategies, etc.

Training Plans – ( all plans include 1 basic fitness assessment )

  • Level 1  $100
    • Monthly training plan sent via email or Training Peaks ( Training Peaks membership not included ).
  • Level 2  $160
    • Monthly training plan sent via email or Training Peaks ( Training Peaks membership not included ).  Includes 1 coached training session per month.
  • Level 3  $280
    • Monthly training plan sent via email or Training Peaks ( Training Peaks membership not included ).  Includes 3 coached training session per month.

Premium Set Up     $250.00    Video Analysis ( Run/Swim)/ Functional Threshold / AT-                                         Training Zone Set Up.
